To reduce pet overpopulation, the Maryland SPCA provides high-quality, low-cost spay/neuter surgery for cats and dogs to qualified groups and Baltimore City pet owners in our Spay and Neuter Clinic. Prices are listed below.
Altering dogs and cats can dramatically reduce the risk of developing certain types of cancers. Additionally, altered dogs and cats are less likely to wander and become lost while searching for a mate and are less likely to bite or become aggressive. These are all great reasons to spay or neuter your pet while helping to reduce pet overpopulation. To this end, all cats and dogs adopted from the MD SPCA are spayed or neutered before they are released to their new owners.
TO QUALIFY FOR OUR LOW-COST PROGRAM, YOU MUST BE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
*Those who do not meet these requirements can have their pet spay/neutered at our Maryland SPCA Wellness Clinic, which is provided at competitive prices to the general public.
THE ABOVE PRICES INCLUDE THE SPAY OR NEUTER SURGERY, NAIL TRIM AND ALL REQUISITE ANESTHESIA AND MEDICATIONS.
